REPORT FROM THE CHAIR - November 2nd

PAC's November 1st meeting was the last for 2010.  I would like to thank all of you, and particularly last evening's attendees, for achieving so much progress over the past few weeks.

We now have a new Constitution and Bylaws (adopted last night) and will soon be a registered BC society under the name "Sutherland Secondary PAC".  And we have also approved the recommendations of the fund allocation committee (sic) so that school staff can begin to acquire much needed equipment and can continue to offer the excellent programs that we all benefit from at Sutherland.

Please continue to send any issues and/or concerns to the PAC Chair and mark our next meeting on your calendar for the new year:  January 10, 2011 at 7:00 PM in the Library.
